- Program Description. Furgess Law, LLC sends text messages for appointment and consultation reminders, scheduling, document requests, payment and billing notices, office updates, and follow-up on inquiries you submit.
- Consent. By checking the consent box and submitting a form on https://furgesslaw.com, you agree to receive text messages from Furgess Law, LLC at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any services or retaining the firm.
- Confidentiality and Limits of Text Messaging. Text messages are not a secure method of communication. We limit texts to administrative and logistical matters, and we ask that you not send confidential or sensitive case details by text. Texting with the firm does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
- Data Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This does not restrict sharing with service providers who help us deliver messages, or disclosures required by law.
